Hi, I'm Loan Cindy Tran — I build founder communities and run the events they show up for.
Marketing, content, design and community leader with 20 years of experience across P&G, J&J, Fonterra, Mayora and Finnish startups. Moved to Finland in 2021, currently based in Helsinki.
Story
I took a leap of faith to build something I wished existed when I started my founder journey. What began as an idea grew organically to 630+ international founders in a few months.
Today I coordinate IFF workshops with Business Helsinki, Business Vantaa, Business Finland and ecosystem partners — handling speakers, logistics, communications and everything in between so founders can focus on what matters.
I also co-founded Preloved Coffee Oy, and I love pairing strategy with hands-on execution — from a Notion doc to a packed room in Kansakoulukatu.
